The SmartLoyal model significantly improves and simplifies the existing paper based loyalty stamp card model by eliminating the need for consumers to carry multiple cards that they frequently forget or lose through providing a customised mobile phone application that allows them to collect, manage and redeem multiple loyalty awards from different establishments using their smart phone.
