SMARTNET, Türkiye ve AB mali desteğiyle Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı’nın Rekabetçi Sektörler Programı kapsamında Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi tarafından yürütülmektedir. Projenin ortakları İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi, Hasan Kalyoncu Üniversitesi ve Gebze Teknik Üniversitesi'dir. SMARTNET yapay zekâ tabanlı akıllı ağ ve teknoloji hızlandırma uygulaması yoluyla Teknoloji Transfer Aracı Kuruluşları arasında etkili iş birliği oluşturarak teknoloji transferi ve ticarileşme faaliyetlerinin geliştirilmesini amaçlamaktadır. SMARTNET is implemented by Yıldız Technical University within the scope of Ministry of Industry and Technology Competitive Sectors Programme funded by Türkiye and the EU.İstanbul Technical University, Hasan Kalyoncu University and Gebze Technical University are the partners of the project. SMARTNET aims at increasing qualified intellectual properties, technological products and service capacity, commercialisation, and export potential of Türkiye by improving efficiency and cooperation among Technology Transfer Intermediaries.
