Smart road Gotland is a three year project building knowledge and demonstrating wireless electric road technology for an electric bus and for an electric truck. The project is the first of it's kind in the world. The patented technology comes from Electreon Wireless Inc, Israel. The project is jointly financed by Trafkverket, Sweden, and by consortium partners, including: Electreon AB, Matters group, RISE, Gotland Ring, EITECH, Flygbussarna, Swedavia and others.
