SMEHelp is a company that is taking steps to change the Small Business landscape by providing Business Building services to MSMEs in Nigeria. Our goal is to increase the number of Small Businesses that survive the first 5 treacherous business years. We provide a suite of services in our SME Clinic that has helped Businesses improve their offerings and also expand their market. A significant value proposition of SMEHelp is the ability to expose and connect Business Enterprises and Start-ups to a pool of key mentors and advisers that can provide expertise in growing businesses. Our affordable training program is divided into 2 parts. The first part is the online training. Our online training courses are built from our in depth understanding of the challenges facing SMEs in Nigeria and, this comes from thorough research by a team that has worked with SMEs at various capacities. On the other hand, our offline training program is designed for SME workers who have no access to internet and need physical training (e.g Sales Clerk). This also ensures that our training programs are all encompassing and our customers are satisfied after the training. Based on our findings from research, Nigerians are not quick to share what they know, and so a major aim of our mentorship platform is to get Business veterans to share with Startups and Small Business owners. We believe that this sharing process will foster Business growth, healthy competition, increase employment rate and most importantly, guide MSMEs in order to avoid pitfalls and survive the first 5 Business years.
