Smiling heart foundation is a non-governmental organisation formed by Micheal Gyato Yaw in the Krachi east Municipal of the oti region the then Volta region in 2011 to deal with the socio economic problems faced by many in their various communities. The objective is to alleviate poverty in communities and bring smiles unto the faces of people in the Oti region with the target group being widows, orphans, children, needy and vulnerable in the society and also help community based groups to function well.
