Smith-Emery GeoServices has offered the highest quality environmental services since the industrial birth in the 1970s. Our qualified staff of environmental engineers and geologists have practiced ASTM-E-1527 reports since even before the new Phase I standards which took in effect in November 2006. If needed we can also assist with additional services including Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, underground storage tank removals, groundwater monitoring well installations/abandonment, site characterizations, and site remediation. We have a great deal of experience in working with regulatory agencies in getting closure letters for properties. In addition, we also have other departments that provide geotechnical and inspection/testing services.
