Smith Habilitation Services

Smith Habilitation Services provides community-based and individual support to those with developmental disabilities. We’re contracted with the DDA of Washington State. We teach a range of life skills which enhance an individual’s ability to achieve maximum self-efficiency and empowerment. We provide Specialized Habilitation and Staff/Family Consultation. We strive to provide services that adapt to the uniqueness of every individual. Specialized Habilitation services must promote inclusion in the community and be individualized to the client participant. Supports shall be provided with the intent of reaching a habilitative goal identified in the PCSP and in compliance with the Specialized Habilitation Policy. Staff and Family Consultation Service are directed to a client’s family or direct service providers to meet the client’s specific needs.
