We are a boutique Real Estate advisory firm specializing in the Town/City Centre and Shopping Centre market. Whilst traditionally these functions have been allocated as Agency, L&T and Investment, with the fundamental shift in how consumers shopping habits have changed so has the role of the advisor. Gone are the days of simply brokering a deal, we look to provide a far deeper level of understanding of our clients businesses needs and requirements - and tailor our advice to suit. That's why, whilst still brokering deals, we look to provide that service within the envelope of a consultancy arrangement. Sometimes being advised not to do a deal is more important than doing the first transaction that shows itself. Only by having a deep understanding of our client's businesses can we provide that advice, By providing this informed and reasoned advice we have been able to establish long standing relationships with clients and worked with them to establish and deliver strategies to address their needs and interests.
