Smith St Coffee Roasters was founded in 2022 by Ross Di Biasi - affectionately known as Rusty to his family, friends and coffee loving customers. Rusty has been a renowned coffee roaster for more than 15 years. He first roasted our signature blend in Smith St Parramatta in 2010, and has since owned multiple cafes throughout Sydney. Driven by a deep desire to bind together people and communities, Rusty’s vision for Smith St Coffee Roasters was simple.
