I began my real estate appraisal career in 1998 in Omaha, NE at Midwest Appraisal Associates. Midwest Appraisal Associates is a regional appraisal firm providing reliable, professional appraisal services in Iowa and Nebraska. Prior to a real estate career, I was a systems engineer, developing and designing computer systems and services; assisting clients with managing and evaluating data, to effectively manage and grow their business. My valuation services are built on technology and access to the most reliable real estate data and evaluation services. Using these services, computer technology, and over 19 years analytical experience, I am able to provide reliable valuations to my clients. My services our unbiased, I act only as an advocate for my valuation and opinion. This is a public trust I take very seriously. In 2014 I moved to St Petersburg, FL and started an appraisal practice, while maintaining the appraisal business in Iowa and Nebraska.
