Founded in 2007 as one of the first PR Firms in the German language area with a focus on Litigation PR, SMJ Partners has years of experience in handling large international cases and works predominantly in close cooperation with mandated law firms as well as other service providers, in-house legal teams, executive management, litigation funders, forensic experts, and auditors. SMJ Partners is controlled and fully owned by the senior management of the firm. SMJ Partners has been a member of the international agency network Crisis and Litigation Communicators Alliance (CLCA) since 2014 and is chairing it since 2018. The CLCA is an international alliance of specialised PR firms with members in 15 countries on four different continents. Membership in a network of this type and size enables fast and efficient action abroad.
