R. and Christi Doney (pictured to the right with daughters Maya, Olivia, & Ella) manage the BBQ restaurant and catering business located in Meade, Kansas along with a group of friendly and hard-working employees. Open seven days a week, Smoke Hoss serves customers a selection of delicious smoked meats, BBQ & deli sandwiches, smoked Angus burgers, salads, & wood-roasted espresso drinks. Smoke Hoss also offers customers a wide variety of catering options. From weddings and corporate meetings to graduations and family reunions, Smoke Hoss catering is perfect for any size event or occasion. Entrées include hickory smoked brisket, prime rib, apple smoked ham, smoked salmon & St. Louis ribs, all of which go great with a side of garlic roasted potatoes, raspberry walnut salad, and homemade dinner rolls.
