With a recipes & techniques website and daily BBQ 'shorts' updates on Instagram, my addiction to all things BBQ is documented for all to see. Based in the outdoor kitchen, an extensive collection of BBQs & smokers (including a large offset smoker, 2 Kamado egg BBQ, rotisseries, open flame pits & cooking cages) plus all the gear that goes with it (WIFI temperature probes, different smoking woods & charcoals, pellet smoker tubes & spice rubs), things get very technical in terms of BBQing.
