SMOLAM is a private research organization that brings a network of clinical investigative sites in Chile that conducts sponsored clinical research for pharmaceuticals companies and CROs. The vast experience and expertise of its founders, allows us to provide an excellent service to our customers: • We bring clinical and academic expertise to research. • Facilitate start-up and operation of clinical trials with the goal of providing high quality clinical research services, • Using standardized processes (SOP), • Having regulatory and finance staff for completion of regulatory approval and contract execution, • Having study coordinators with high standards to coordinate all in site processes. • Developing an effective plan to improve patient participation and patient retention in studies, • Staff training, to ensure all affiliated investigators are trained according to Good Clinical Practices, local regulations and our SOPs (Sponsor and CRO grants and support are greatly appreciated), • Study teams focus on enrollment, retention, high data quality, expedite clean data, and striving to provide a professional, “monitor-friendly” environment
