Since first starting to find myself matching people with the professional roles they'd been looking for in 2015, I've made what I do very simple.and based on three personal values: 1. Strive for a win-win for both clients and candidates always. Honesty in my dealings with others - including making sure I felt good about the introductions and matches I made. Gut feel and experience in the industry feed this. Building relationships - whether a match is made, or not made. Clients have become friends, and candidates are not "human capital" to me. Also, staying in touch well after helping candidates find their calling/career is even more important than first getting to know them. I grew to realize I had a passion for people being in the right professional roles, and that was personally satisfying for me - which is why I do what I do. THIS IS MY CALLING.
