Derived from the Greek philosophy, mens sana in corpore sano, meaning to have a Sound Mind in a Sound Body, our mission aims to provide the resources necessary to college students wishing to establish and maintain healthier habits as well as provide opportunities to become a certified trainer. Our Fitness Professionals offer online fitness training and nutrition coaching to our clients; we offer many perks to trainers who receive their certification through the SMSB Academy. Because our organization values Health, Happiness, and Success, we welcome those interested in growing with our company and anyone looking to begin living a balanced life through Sound Mind and Sound Body.
