Snag List Surveys Ltd are a professional snagging company that provide comprehensive new home snagging reports across all of Leinster and parts of Munster. Our team of Engineers have over 20 years of experience in building new homes. They use this knowledge and experience to carry out thorough home inspections. We then provide the homeowners with detailed, easy to read reports, that highlight all of the defects in their new house. WHAT IS A SNAG LIST REPORT? A snag is a defect or problem in a new build home, which has not been picked up by the builder, and remains after the construction works are completed. Some are quite obvious, while others are harder to identify and require someone with experience to find them. Our Engineers find these defects and use photographs and detailed descriptions to create a report. This report is then issued to the builder, who will fix the snags that have been highlighted. HOW MUCH DOES A SNAG LIST COST? Our fixed prices are very competitive and are available on our website The price of our reports offers great saving when compared to the potential cost of having to repair all the defects in your new home, after you have moved in. Our clients don't just save money, they receive great peace of mind in knowing that their home has been finished to the highest standard.
