Our company was born as a direct result of friends asking for our managing director to do snag lists on their new homes. We soon realized that Steve comes from and engineering and project management background and has received specialist training in snag list identification and production. People find it hard to navigate the new purchase process and need somebody who is friendly, professional and reliable on their side giving them expert advice and helping guide them through the final and stressful stages of buying a new home. After many years in the engineering and building sector Steve moved into the fire service where he has gained even more experience in fire development, suppression and building safety. he has developed his skills and regularly lectures for colleges and organisations around Ireland.
