Snapback is an Italian startup focused on creating natural, safe and multimodal Human-to-Machine Interactions to leverage the experience of smart devices in the IoT and smart-city landscape. We envision to vanish the pains and frictions of (G)UI, and boost the evolution of interfaces towards the definition of a new, natural, and intuitive Human-to-Machine language. Our team has an important and variate background in: Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Human Centered Design, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine-Learning and Pattern Recognition. Our focus is Safety, as a measure of excellence in the experience of technology, and as a natural driver towards wellbeing and performance. We target the Workplace, Motorist and Public Safety Markets. We won the first Open Call of the INternet Cleantech ENablers Spark project (INCENSe); the 2014 EGO Program by Ericsson; the 2014 Wind Business Factor challenge; the 2014 Start Tel Aviv international contest; the 2014 Tech Peaks and the late 2013 LUISS EnLabs acceleration programmes. We partner with Ericsson and EnelStartup.
