Snapitscrew is the manufacturer of the patented Snapit which is a revolutionary fastener designed to make it much easier to fix eyewear. It makes the fixing process very quick and is particularly useful for when a spring loaded hinge comes out of alignment. The product is sold to opticians in the USA via Essilor/Optisource and our European HQ sells directly to independents via a range of distributors. We also sell directly to optical chains such as Specsavers and Vision Express. There is also a consumer repair kit for people to fix their own eyewear which is sold via and also through retailers such as Giant Eagle in USA and Robert Dyas and Wilko in the UK. Although the product was originally intended purely for the optical market, new applications are being discovered every day for our patented Snapitscrew.
