Snider & Associates, LLC is a plaintiff and union side labor and employment litigation firm focusing its practice on the representation of Federal Sector employees and unions across the United States. The firm was founded by Michael J. Snider in 2005. Prior the formation of Snider & Associates, LLC, Mr. Snider had more than a decade of experience in class action litigation and federal sector employment law, eventually working as the General Counsel of AFGE Local 1923, the largest federal union in the country. The firm has successfully litigated several hundred employment disputes across the United Stated, and even the world. These forums include the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on behalf of federal employees and state and local government and private employees, the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), the Office of Special Counsel (OSC), the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), including the Federal Service Impasses Panel (FSIP), and in arbitration proceedings. The firm has also successfully litigated cases for both individuals and classes in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and other U.S. District Courts.
