Snow Vigil

We build skittouring basecamp - complete with heat, food, and power - and we do it deep in the backcountry. We also provide you with transportation and organize guiding with local guides. We want to create a unique experience in the backcountry. Many of us visit the mountains because we want to experience a freedom we can’t easily obtain in civilization. We want to take full advantage of that freedom to create an environment which is open minded, inclusive, and filled with good music and art. We do not provide any guide services ourselves because we believe in utilizing the knowledge and experience of local guides who are already working in the area. All IFMGA guides are welcome to bring your clients, and any IFMGA/GMGA guide bringing clients to one of our events will receive free accommodation (without board). We work local guides to provide less experienced or more time-constrained groups to have full enjoyment of the mountains, but we also welcome independent teams who want to explore without guide.
