So Good Pupusas

Welcome to our page! We are a social enterprise. The purpose of “So Good Pupusas” is to provide delicious and authentic Salvadorian cuisine with a side of community empowerment and social change. In addition to selling our delicious pupusas, we hope to provide a mechanism for local culinary entrepreneurs to sell their food, too. Many Latinos in the Triangle make and sell food out of their vehicles, without the means to start a food truck or brick and mortar restaurant of their own. We hope to follow in their immigrant entrepreneurial spirit and create a mechanism for community members to sell their food and make a living by buying and selling their food through our food truck. We also will make our second food truck available to local restaurants for lease. That way brick and mortar restaurants have a food truck when they need it to work mobile events. Profit earned from this partnership will benefit Pupusas for Education.
