Soaring As Eagles
Soaring As Eagles is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to breaking cycles of trauma, poverty, and educational inequity across Southeastern North Carolina. We support families of Title I schools through programs that build academic success, financial literacy, parenting skills, and self-worth. Founded in 2009, we’ve grown from tutoring and youth outreach into a multi-generational support system serving hundreds of families each year. We believe strong families build strong communities. Key programs include: • Pre-K JumpStart • Saturday Academy (3rd–5th) • Inspired Minds (STEAM, 6th–12th) • Parent Empowerment & Lunch & Learns Honored with the 2021 NC Child Community Voices Award.
