Designer Carlos Sobral's colorful jewelry has been in the spotlight for many years. His hallmark is chic nacklace, bracelets, earrings and rings that are uniquely eye catching. In addition, Sobral partners with the Museum of the Republic to train poor children in the art of making fashion jewelry.
