At Social Impact Partners, we work to increase economic mobility by investing in what matters most: Early Childhood Education, Postsecondary Education and Workforce Development. We operate at two levels: on the ground, building the capacity of local nonprofits and educational institutions; and at the systems level, partnering with state leaders to design and implement transformational policy and funding strategies. Our blended model of skilled staff and a volunteer corps of seasoned professionals allows us to move fast, work smart and scale impact across communities and sectors. Whether it’s expanding access to affordable child care, improving college-to-career pathways or helping employers develop talent pipelines, we’re focused on one thing: creating a thriving Connecticut where every person has equitable access to a high-quality education and sustainable livelihood.
