Social Impact Supervision

Welcome to Social Impact Supervision. We offer discounted group supervision to coaches, with 100% of the financial proceeds going to selected community development beneficiaries and social causes. Our programme is designed to provide professional development opportunities for coaches and supervisors while also making a positive impact on the world through charitable giving. At Social Impact Supervision, we believe that everyone has the power to make a difference, and we are dedicated to helping professionals hone their skills and use them to create meaningful change. Our programme offers monthly supervision sessions, with each group programme contract running for a defined period (e.g. 3 months). During this time, supervisors will work with one group of up to 4 participants, offering support, and personal and professional development to help them grow in their practice. We are committed to ensuring that the proceeds from our supervision sessions are distributed to worthy charities in a transparent and responsible way.
