Olga Vtorushina drives Social Learning Talent as a social learning agency. She is an independent leadership advisor, a fellow in Social Learning Leadership, and also a Social Learning Agent in Denmark for Etienne and Beverly Wenger-Trayner. With a strong focus on social learning, Olga works as a management consultant, specializing in the evaluation and development of social learning and value creation within both private and public organizations, including communities of practice. Her expertise lies in improving outcomes through enhanced social learning and value creation across teams and units. She regularly uses Wenger-Trayner’s Value Creation Framework to offer valuable insights, support decision-making for initiative development, and strengthen internal leadership. Additionally, Olga is building a global network of experts and practitioners dedicated to placing social learning and communities of practice at the heart of their services, projects, and initiatives. On top of her consultancy work, Olga is contributing to several thought-provoking books on value creation, communities of practice, and social learning. Particularly in the contexts of decision-making and governance, Olga is currently working on a book of her own. Her contribution to the translation of seminal work into Danish, Ukrainian, and Russian include titles like Communities of Practice within and across Organizations: A Guidebook, Learning to Make a Difference: Value Creation in Social Learning Spaces, Systems Convening A Crucial Form of Leadership for the 21st Century.
