Social Light Inc (SLI) started in 2013 with enterprise solutions addressing the enterprise WiFi market in providing data analytics to venues. We realized that the problem isn’t just about the enterprise, but the low income groups that didn’t have access to internet due to it being expensive and out of reach especially in developing countries / cities. We have then rethought about the company, into providing inclusive access to the internet by enabling stakeholders to monetize thru various methods such as advertising, marketing, subscriptions and data analytics. What’s important for us is that internet is able to expand sustainably thru our partners’ healthy profits and subsidized / free internet access to low income communities.
