SMC believes social movement activists should have access to high quality, professional coaching and leadership development. Studies show that coaching helps people to feel more confident, improve their communication skills, think strategically and show more care to themselves and others. While CEOs of the world’s biggest polluters have access to coaching, most social movement leaders do not. We exist to change this. We take the proven method of coaching and put it in the hands of the people leading the charge for climate and social justice.
