Our consultants know the industry and are well placed to offer career advice and keep people up-to- date with changes in legislation. Our Customer Relations Team is here to support them whatever the issue, query or just to have a rant at the end of a bad day. This helps to achieve a great working relationship with them and ensures they feel part of our Social Personnel team, not just another locum at another agency. Our clients have a key role to play in our business and are extremely important to us. Providing services for vulnerable people is a massive task and we cannot overestimate the impact our staff have on the people they work with. We work incredibly hard finding the right person for the right role. We make sure they have the right skills and experience, they are compliant and that they receive the right support. We also understand that our clients are using public funds, it's crucial we try to offer innovative staffing solutions to ensure value for money.
