Social Planet is a Victorian community development platform creating software productivity tools for neighbourhood houses, community centres and more. We're committed to building Australia's social infrastructure and tackling the problem of social isolation and loneliness in Australia through empowerment and collaboration. Our platform's features include activity promotion, case management, bookkeeping, and Learn Local reporting systems. Social isolation is an urgent public health issue, given that more than one-fifth of Australians rarely or never feel they have someone to talk to or turn to for help. Addressing this problem requires innovation from organisations in how we engage and connect people to their local community. Social Planet is all about supporting these new approaches.
