We are Toronto’s largest online fitness network. We’re here to get engaged and share experiences, in an effort to motivate others to act. We are industry professionals with over 22 years of experience in fitness management, administration, operations and service excellence. Through our Facebook, Blog and Twitter accounts, we hope to raise awareness in order to fight against the growing rate of obesity in Canada 52.5% and around the world. To date we have received twelve blog awards and our testimonials (blog features) are a true reflection of the culture that we endorse. We support and motivate those in need as well as provide in home personal training, meal planning, nutrition, core strength conditioning, sport specific training and Skype training. We design individual workout plans and implement corporate wellness programs.
