Society Matters cic is a social enterprise and a registered community interest company. As the trading subsidiary of independent charity Citizens Advice Gateshead, we are proud to share their vision of a fair society for all with lives well lived. Our goal is to deliver meaningful services that add real societal value. The social welfare system is undeniably complex. To address this, we have developed highly acclaimed training courses and workshops that are CPD accredited. These resources are designed to provide front line delivery staff, call handlers, advisers, therapists, trainers, counsellors, and employers with a clearer understanding of the social welfare challenges faced by the individuals they work with on a daily basis.
