WHEN YOU CHANGE YOURSELF, YOU CHANGE THE WORLD AROUND YOU. Your greatest impact will come from how you approach your life and relationships, not from what update you can post on social media. We all want to live in a better world. Yet the only lever of change we really have is to change ourselves. The only constant in life is change; the key is how you journey through changes. One path leads to sleepless nights, distracted working hours, lower productivity, poor health, disappointing interpersonal relationships and a feeling that “there is something missing”. The other path leads to restful nights, higher productivity, fulfilling interpersonal relationships, self confidence, good health and a sense of wholeness. This second path involves leaning into the changes and engaging in an ongoing dialogue with your higher self. We each want to lead a fulfilling life. Yet, the outside measures of success rarely align with what is deeply meaningful; in fact the external validation we receive often is in contrast with, and can weaken our intrinsic self-worth. Do you realize that at the root of all problems we face today - including climate change, poverty, civil unrest, family issues and personal crisis - lies choices that people individually and collectively have made either by default or by design. How we navigate ourselves and guide others to higher ground is what will determine whether we can create a better world. The change indeed starts with you. When you change yourself, you change your world around you. There is no secret to leading a more fulfilling life; it actually is quite simple. It involves being open to seeing a much bigger perspective on life, asking the right questions of yourself, answering them from your heart, letting go of patterns and beliefs that no longer help you be your best, and putting into motion the right emotions, the right mindset and the right actions.
