Sodateage Net

Sodateage Net is a Tokyo-based nonprofit organization working to address the issues of youth unemployment and social-exclusion. We support young people in Japan, particularly those from underserved communities, through our Job Training programs, Employment Support services, Career Education workshops, Student Support services, and Family Support services. Since 2001, Sodateage Net has consistently provided employment support for young people without jobs and with other difficulties, as well as support for children with various difficulties. Through partnerships with companies, governments, and other nonprofits, we work with young people and children annually. In addition, Founder Kei Kudo and our staff have participated in government and municipal councils and committees, and through our policy proposals and advocacy activities, we have been able to formulate and change laws, systems, and policies for youth- Vision: A society where all young people can have a social affiliation while realizing their will to “work” and “continue to work."
