The cafe’s retail store offers a wide array of house-made preserves and prepared foods, as well as carefully-sourced pantry staples & signature spice blends. Sofra Bakery is the second location created by the Oleana Restaurant Group, and was established in 2008 by Executive Chef Ana Sortun, together with business partner & Executive Pastry Chef, Maura Kilpatrick.
