Soft Chemicals was set up in In 2003 the company moved to Marnate, where it opened its current business site and the operation of new production systems started. It has been successfully exporting its products all over the world since 2005, and its foreign business turnover was already 20% of the total turnover in the late 2008. Over 2009 and 2010 a new laboratory equipped with application and test equipment was outfitted and UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 was obtained. The output of auxiliary chemicals in 2011 was over tons, including high-performance special products based on nanotechnology, Flame Retardant and resin finish compounds. An INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY Division was set up in 2012, with a special dedicated product line. In 2018 Soft Chemicals became the exclusive Devan Belgium product distributors in Italy. New R&D and test labs were set up and the most recent quality certification - UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 - was obtained. In 2019, after fully taking over a subsidiary Soft Chemicals entered new markets for paint and varnish additives, water treatment and construction. In 2020 the company obtained EN ISO 14001: 2015 environmental management system certification and ISO 45001: 2018 occupational health and safety management system certification. Production Facilities Our company is located in Marnate, in close proximity to Milan Malpensa Airport, in the core area of Lombardy textile district.
