A consultancy specialising in the provision of services relating to Soft Facilities Management and Interim management, helping organisations of all sizes turn their Soft FM operations around, working with in-house teams and with outsourced service providers. I am a specialist consultant providing support with contract Tendering, Analysis, Productivity, and Interim Management with contract mobilisation, restructuring, remobilisation and demobilisation of Cleaning, Waste Management, Pest Management, Grounds Maintenance, Washroom Services, Laundry contracts. My combined thirty years of operational service delivery and practical technical knowledge and experience of materials, equipment and machinery used to provide these services enables me to evaluate how services are delivered to identify the most practicably efficient method of service delivery to meet the standards required for most contracts. The approach I take with operational management is to thoroughly understand the contract and specification, so that I can engage with operational teams and subcontractors on equal terms to achieve the desired output of the client organisation, whether they are Public Sector Crown Commercial Services (CCS) procured contracts or Private Sector bespokely specified contracts.
