Students complete the Career and Life Essentials certificate course as well as set goals, create a cover letter and resume and learn how to ace their first job interview. It also includes Career Survey and Career Exploration sections to encourage students to make informed decisions about their career paths.'Soft Skills Pro' is perfect for those at the threshold of their careers or within the workplace already. The program teaches students the crucial employability skills needed for success in the 21st century workplace. Additionally, students complete a comprehensive personality assessment, learn how to set SMART goals, create a cover letter and resume and prepare for job interviews. It also includes Career Survey and Career Exploration sections to encourage participants to make informed decisions about their career paths.
