Founded in 1996, SOGEROM provides integrated consultancy services for donors / organizations worldwide, assisting beneficiaries at every stage of development projects, should it be at the level of (country/regional) strategy planning, project/program identification, monitoring & evaluation, or implementation, or direct support to private sector (enterprises, intermediary organizations and networks) or civil society. Activities cover a number of horizontal aspects such as macroeconomics and sectoral policies, financial management, drafting of laws and regulations, capacity building & institutional strengthening, organization of workshops and conferences and awareness-raising.
