Sohar Titanium Fzc

Sohar Titanium (FZC) L.L.C, located in Sohar Freezone, Oman, is set to become a leading producer of titanium slag with an annual capacity of metric tons. Spanning square meters, this OMR 63.5 million project is a joint venture between Minerals Development Oman (MDO), Dubal Holding, and Stork Group under Gulf Titanium. The facility features three electric arc ore-thermal furnaces, each with a 25.5 MVA capacity, ensuring high-quality production. The plant's construction and ramp-up are scheduled to be completed by August 2025, with commercial shipments starting in the fourth quarter of 2024. This project marks a significant milestone in the industry, positioning Sohar Titanium as a key global player.
