We specialize in placing, filling, and leasing properties to local authorities (LAs), housing associations (HAs), community interest companies (CICs), and charities, ensuring stable, long-term tenancies. We offer flexible leasing solutions, either by securing long-term agreements with housing providers or by filling properties directly with assured shorthold tenancy (AST) tenants referred by local authorities.
