That implies why SOICON combines three elemental processes in one general perspective: strategic design, organizational development and the implementation with the stakeholders on-site. We are a fast-growing business consulting company with specialization in management consulting (e.g. strategy/finance/organization). We work for internationally renowned customers within different industries: market leading medium sized companies as well as large industry and retail corporations. Our strength lies within combining the drive for implementation of program managers who have the analytical strength of strategy consultants but also the detailed foundation of experts. We include these skills in a structured change process and train every consultant to make use of them.
