Sol Duc Leadership

Sol Duc Leadership is an innovative global nonprofit organization, committed to Building Enduring Great Organizations. The organization was founded in January 2022 and initially operated as an early-stage startup. Prior to founding, the organization's initial focus was on understanding customer needs and developing a business model for this new nonprofit social venture. This startup step was radically impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and resulted in a significant change to the initial business model, as well as the delivery platform. Sol Duc Leadership has now validated its business model, secured its first social venture client, and validated its MVP.(Minimum Viable Product) The first Sol Duc Leadership Project is The Power Moms Tribe, which is located in Accra, Ghana. The Power Moms Tribe provides an online community that enables women with children to network, develop skills, create business plans, and have access to the resources needed to be successful entrepreneurs. The beachhead market is West Africa and The Power Mom's Tribe successfully launched on May 2, 2022.
