Naturopathy is an allied health modality of healthcare that looks at finding the root cause of disease rather than just treating the symptoms. Naturopathy follows the theory that the body holds an innate ability to heal itself if nurtured through dietary modification, lifestyle changes and nutritional & herbal supplementation. At Solace we believe in individualised patient care and educating patients on the amazing ability of the human body. Utilising evidence-based practices with traditional knowledge, we work on finding practical, achievable long-lasting results for our patients. We will sit down to explore your current health goals as well as personal & family medical history, and current dietary, lifestyle and physical movement choices. We will review your current blood test results and make further recommendations for any testing. From there an individualised in-depth treatment plan will be created that works for your life, with specific diet and lifestyle suggestions and information surrounding the treatment approach shared with you. We utilise evidence-based and traditional knowledge to create herbal and nutritional formulations that are specific to your health goals.
