Our ability to create outstanding value is fueled by our experienced staff and our unique relationship with our affiliate company, Solar Atmospheres, a progressive commercial heat treater established in 1982. With four US facilities and a vast number of operating vacuum furnaces, this collaboration affords us an unparalleled testing ground for improving furnace design, operation, repair and maintenance. Solar Manufacturing offers a wide range of furnace models and sizes. We are well known for our very large vacuum furnaces especially the HCB series of vacuum car bottom furnaces. The HCB series is uniquely designed to process large workloads of up to pounds with a maximum length of 48 feet. In addition, we have a line of mid-sized horizontal production furnaces and vertical bottom loading furnaces with standard features that you would expect from Solar Manufacturing. We will gladly customize any of our furnaces to satisfy your specific requirements. Our ability to manufacture large and mid-sized production furnaces is only a part of our diverse product line. We also offer the Mentor® and Mentor® Pro series, an economical furnace line with a compact footprint featuring graphite insulated hot zones and best-in-class SolarVac® controls.
