The company uses their proprietary “performance metrics” to assess and qualify projects throughout the Northeastern United States. SITE ACQUISITION Solar Smart LLC works closely with National solar contractors (EPC’s), developers and investors to select optimum greenfield solar properties through their patent-pending Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology. Using County, State and Federal GIS data environmental site assessment reports are prepared. PROJECT FUNDING Provides School Districts an opportunity to develop, construct, finance and own renewable energy systems.
