Solar Staffing’s mission is to contribute to the increasing competitiveness of the US solar energy industry by bridging the “skills” gap. We implement our mission in two main ways: first, by offering training in solar PV system design, installation and sales to at-risk communities, skilled tradesmen seeking a new career path and the general public. Secondly, we believe that the most effective way to satisfy the solar industry critical need for a qualified workforce is by providing direct placement (staffing) of those skilled workers in companies.
