We know when you put an offer in on a home, there is an emotional commitment you have made to that home. At Solid State, we want to support you as the ‘future home owner’. Our inspections will be based on you as the future home owner and we encourage you to join us on the full inspection so we can help prepare you to own your home. A Solid State home inspection will not only protect you on your purchase, but will make you a better home owner as we educate you about the major systems of your new home and how to do some basic maintenance for a long home life and lower long term maintenance costs. It is always possible that we may find something in the inspection that will create questions or concerns. We will do our best to explain these situations and help you understand your options.
